“I was extremely lucky to have been a part of the Saturn Launch Team - General Motor’s “clean-sheet” attempt to re-invent the small car industry in the mid 80’s. I learned first hand what immense change can be produced by a handful of crazy people committed to each other and to bringing to life a fistful of simple, ethical, and powerful ideas. I am humbled at how profoundly challenging and rewarding it was to be asked - and allowed - to bring my entire self to work each day. To be supported yet challenged by my team to build and bring a better self tomorrow, and each day after that.... I got hooked on transformational, collaborative, complex change and have spent the last 25 years learning and helping others create and deliver the impossible through high-performing teams.
